Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Responsible for new client acquisition in the market segments based on
agreed business plan
Implementation and management of sales forecasting, planning, and
budgeting processes
Provide sales leadership to the assigned territory or a client set.
Responsible for achieving annual sales target including TCV and recurring
Annual revenue ACV
Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process
improvement.
Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales
organization by ensuring compliance to the defined sales process.
Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the
sales organization.
Demonstrates strong sales and relationship skills in the enterprise
segment for IT solutions /platforms
Strong network with clients and CIOs, demonstrates deep understanding
of the industry – Banking, FSS, others
Assertive sales behavior especially in fighting competition
Very strong negotiation skills and influencing ability
Technology awareness of AI, Automation, and Analytics etc. is not
mandatory but preferred.
Required Education Experience Skill:
● Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree & MBA.
● Fresher with a good academic record
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Creative & Analytical ability.
● Relationship building/Networking skill with clients
● Willingness to learn from Industry Stalwarts
