Windows file system knowledge(DFS, NTFS, Permissions)
Knowledge of cloud technology like MS Azure, AWS , etc
Basic Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting, SQL, Queries
Microsoft certification will be added advantage
basic ITIL & Ticketing tool process awareness
Willing to learn new tools and technology.
