Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Education: BE/DME in Mechanical Engineering.
Location: The position is based in Pune.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of Plot Plan Layout:
Assist in developing plot plan layouts, ensuring adherence to project requirements and efficient space utilization.
Preparation of Equipment Layout Drawings:
Support the creation of equipment layout drawings, considering safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Preparation of Study Piping Layouts:
Contribute to the development of study piping layouts, ensuring alignment with project goals and fluid flow efficiency.
Preparation of Piping Layout-Plan and Sections:
Assist in generating detailed piping layout plans and sections, following design specifications and project standards.
Preparation of Foundation Load Data Drawings:
Support the creation of foundation load data drawings, ensuring compliance with structural requirements.
Providing Vessel Orientation Drawings:
Assist in providing accurate vessel orientation drawings, considering safety, maintenance, and operational aspects.
Review of Architectural, Civil, and Structural Drawings:
Collaborate with senior team members to review architectural, civil, and structural drawings for integration with piping
systems.
Review of Various Brought Out and Vendor Drawings:
Participate in the review process for various bought-out and vendor drawings, ensuring compliance with project
specifications.
Preparation of Piping Isometrics:
Contribute to the creation of detailed and accurate piping isometric drawings, under the guidance of senior team
members.
Preparation of Detailed Pipe Support Drawings:
Assist in developing detailed pipe support drawings, considering structural requirements and safety standards.
Checking of Piping Layouts, Isometrics, and Support Drawings:
Collaborate with the team to perform checks on piping layouts, isometrics, and support drawings to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
Site Tracing of Piping Systems and Preparation of As-Built Drawings:
Participate in on-site tracing of piping systems and contribute to the preparation of accurate as-built drawings for
documentation.
Experience in 3D Software:
Familiarize yourself with 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D and CADWORX Professional to enhance your
skills and contribute to project requirements.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Effective communication skills for collaboration within the team.
