Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team and assist in the automation of repetitive and time-consuming business processes. As an RPA Developer, you will work closely with business analysts and process owners to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA design and development, as well as strong programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to analyze, design, and
implement automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue
Prism).
• Develop, test, and deploy robotic automation solutions to streamline business operations.
• Create RPA workflows, bots, and scripts that interact with various applications, systems, and
processes.
• Ensure automation solutions are designed for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Monitor and manage the performance of bots in production environments and make
necessary optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation scripts and bots to ensure optimal
performance and uptime.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, software applications, and databases.
• Document processes, workflows, and automation configurations for future reference and
knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on RPA solutions to ensure they remain
functional and aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members on RPA tools and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to RPA systems and processes.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of robotic process automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in developing and deploying automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow automation design.
• Knowledge of automation techniques such as web scraping, data extraction, and API
integrations.
• Understanding of business process management (BPM) and process improvement
methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with business teams.
