Job Description:

1. Candidates should have done a course or training on development with a good understanding of at least one programming language.
2. Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts.
3. Very good practical knowledge of any programming language and/or its frameworks.
4. Good communication skills.

Opportunities:

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

– Minimum 6 months of on the job training period with full time presence of the trainee at office.
– Candidate should be flexible to adopt any technology the company (ITWorks Infotech Pvt Ltd) wants to train the candidate on.
– Successful candidates must join the office at the Pune location.
– Company’s rules and regulations must be followed.
– A stipend of INR 15,000 per month will be paid per month during the training period but it also depends on the candidate’s performance.
– Commitment to work for 2 years as we will be investing in your training, in the event of consultant leaving the services of the company either during the period of training or before completing 24 months of service, the consultant shall be liable to pay to the company as damages INR 2,00,000 (Indian rupees two lakhs) which the company will incur on the training.
– Company will train the candidates on web or mobile technologies which will be at the company’s discretion.
– There would be weekly assignments and each candidate must appear.
– Company reserves the right to take any action or decision based on the performance of the candidate.
– Company can decide to change the roles and responsibilities of the candidate based on the performance in the tests and assignments.
– No leaves will be allowed during the training period.
