Location : Bangalore
- Primary skill : CCNA certified & strong in networking technologies (DNS/OSI Model/ SSL/TLS/WINS, TCP/IP/VLANs/DHCP/ Routing/ACLs/switching) + excellent communication skills
- Ready to work into rotational shift
Responsibilities:
- Complete first response on customer tickets within stipulated SLA’s
- Provide technical assistance to customers via our ticketing system.
- Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues and questions
- Contribute actively to product knowledge base and other product related documentation and the blog.
- Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
- Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs!
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the Internet including TCP/IP, CDN, DNS
- Basic understanding of web applications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 0-1 year of experience in IT, freshers welcomed.
- who have scored minimum 70% in 10th grade & 12th grade,62% in Diploma/graduation
