Hiring for BIM BIM Moduler Electrical !!!
Location- Pune
BIM Moduler Electrical: Pune
- including lighting calculations using Calculux and Dialux Software’s.
- Design of distribution boards for lighting and small power.
- Design of HVAC control system including wiring / logic diagrams of control panels.
- Should be able to prepare cable schedule, cable routings, sizing of cable trays and multi cable transit design / layouts.
- Should have experience in LV systems such as: Fire Alarm, public address, CCTV, access control, telephone systems.
- Creation of Bills of Materials and Cable schedules utilizing Microsoft Office.
- Provides technical assistance and information on products and system design features, specifications, capacity and applicability.
- Maintains and updates all relevant information in the Electrical System used by the Sales Managers in the calculation and preparation of all relevant quotations and documents.
- Saving and proper back up for design work according to prevailing instructions and procedures.
Drawing Records
- File and maintain all designed drawings / plans in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Write a Job / Drawing number for each set of drawings.
Follow up any pending issues / requirements from the sales team to ensure timely submission of the drawings.
- File all approved drawing for future reference.
Qualifications : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering only
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in BIM / Revit Modelling of MEP services from HVAC / PLUMBING / FIRE FIGHTING / ELECTRICAL Industry.
Technical Competencies : Revit MEP and AutoCAD proficiency is a must. Innovative and able to handle multi task
Technical Certifications : MEP-REVIT (BIM) / NAVIS WORK & Auto Cad
Basic Academic Qualifications : Basic knowledge in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
