Hiring for Business Analyst !!!
Job timing: Day shift and Night Shift (Candidate must willing to do both )
CTC: 17k per month
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role or internship experience in business analysis or project coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to create process diagrams, workflows, and other visual aids (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis frameworks.
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
