Position: Customer Care Executive (Tech Support)
Job Description:
Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions
Promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time
Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for it
Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
Conduct online / onsite New Installations
Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources
Perform Activation/Deactivation of subscriptions & handle other technical Issues
Tech Skills Requirements:
Working knowledge of basic network configuration
Working Knowledge of all types of IT Hardware and Software
Other requirements:
Fluent & Soft communication
Ready to learn new technologies on his own
Ready to travel across the country, if required
