Job Description-

- 0 to 1 year of experience into Desktop Support.
- Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting of Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008 and 2012 .
- Able to handle day to day technical issue of end users.
- Manage internet connectivity and PRI issues .
- Technical and conceptual understanding of telecommunications networks, topologies, and protocols.
- Superior network and PC troubleshooting techniques and concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Managing and maintaining the Servers and Networking Equipment’s.
- Responsible for enforcing security compliance, polices and permissions.
- Working experience in Active Directory
- Knowledge about virtualization and VMware and Hyper-V.
- Excellent communication skills and should be a team player.
- Hands-on work experience on SonicWall firewall and Cisco switches will be a plus.
- Knowledge of web-servers and database servers will be a plus.
