Hiring for DevOps Engineer !!!
Location– Wakad, Pune
Experience– 3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Fintech, Cyber security and cloud operations.
Certification– Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
CTC– As per Industry norms
Key area/Roles and Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for fintech applications.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation to manage and automate infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security Best Practices: Implement and maintain security practices to safeguard fintech applications and infrastructure, including vulnerability assessments, encryption, and secure access controls.
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Incident Management: Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Compliance: Ensure that all systems and processes comply with relevant Fintech and Cyber security regulations, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (This is key especially if company is migrating from on-premise to cloud)
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Circle CI).
- Familiarity with security tools and practices (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall management)
