- Mgmt. INCID Process & ISMS Flow
- Basic OS Troubleshooting knowledge (e.g. Window, Linux, Mac, Ipad, iOS etc)
- Network Troubleshooting knowledge (e.g. OSI Layer, UTM, Network type , Wifi Devices etc)
- Linux & Window CLI
- Additional AWS Cloud & DevOps Knowledge would be an advantage.
- Looking for RHSCA/RHCE certified candidates
