Job Description:
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
- Knowledge on Windows desktop troubleshooting to provide level 1 support.
- Knowledge on MS Windows Servers. Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Office 365 environment.
- Knowledge of NAS (Network attached storage) technologies. Backup, replication, and maintenance.
- Proactively monitor system health and take corrective actions.
- Need to work in night shift (Australia / New Zealand Time Zone)
- professional training / certification like MCSE/MCSA/MCP/CCNA/CCNP etc.. will have added advantage
