Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Core Java Developer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java programming, along with a strong understanding of
software development best practices, object-oriented principles, and system architecture. You will work in a
collaborative environment, contributing to the development of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software
solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on development.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. Design and implement robust, reusable, and scalable Java applications and services.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Java applications.
6. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
7. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software functionality and stability.
8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
9. Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL), handling data storage, retrieval, and processing.
10. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as needed.
11. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, attending sprint planning, retrospectives, and
stand-ups.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience).
2. Proven experience in Java development (5+ years preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of Java SE (Standard Edition) and core Java concepts (e.g., multi-threading,
collections, exception handling).
4. Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
5. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
6. Solid understanding of databases (SQL, relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, or
NoSQL databases such as MongoDB).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
