Education & Experience:
ITI Draughtsman with 8+ years of relevant experience in piping.
DME in Mechanical with 6+ years of experience.
BE Mechanical with piping knowledge with 4+ years of relevant experience in piping.
Salary: Depends on Interview
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Piping Modelling and Detailing in Cadworx Plant:
Proficiently execute piping modelling and detailing using Cadworx, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project
standards.
Knowledge of Supports:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of various types of supports used in piping systems.
Detailing of Supports, Support Design using Cadworx:
Develop detailed drawings of supports and execute support design using Cadworx.
Spec Generation:
Generate specifications based on project requirements and industry standards.
Piping Layouts and Documentation:
Develop piping layouts and actively contribute to the preparation and review of pipe support, material take-off, valve lists,
and specialty piping items datasheets.
Support Quantification:
Quantify supports and ensure accurate documentation for project tracking.
Clash Resolution:
Check and resolve clashes in the model to optimize design efficiency.
Checking of Equipment/Piping GA, Isometric, Support Drawings:
Perform thorough checks on equipment/piping general arrangements, isometrics, and support drawings for accuracy and
compliance.
Vendor Drawings and Structural GA's:
Review vendor drawings and structural general arrangements, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Coordination with Process and Stress Disciplines:
Collaborate with the process discipline for changes in P&ID's and coordinate with stress engineers for stress-critical lines
and support design with loads.
Daily Report Submission:
Submit daily reports to provide updates on project progress and highlight any significant issues.
English Fluency:
Fluent in English to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
