Hiring for PL SQL Developer !!!
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune.
PL SQL Developer Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex PL/SQL programs, packages, functions, and triggers to support business
requirements.
Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, such as performance bottlenecks and data integrity problems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators and quality assurance, to ensure
successful project delivery.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Track and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle database technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
PL SQL Developer Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant experience in PL/SQL development, working with Oracle databases.
Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL programming, including the ability to design and develop complex solutions.
Solid understanding of Oracle database concepts, such as indexing, query optimization, and transaction
management.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques for Oracle databases.
Proficiency in SQL and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Experience with version control systems and development tools, such as Git and SQL Developer, is a plus.
Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), are desirable but not mandatory.
