Hiring for Quality Assurance Trainee!!!!
Location: Pune/Hyderabad
Timing: 1:00PM – 10:00PM
Weekly day off: Sat, Sun
What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Assist in the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test
scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and stability of software
releases.
• Document and track software defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with QA team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test execution progress and test coverage.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project status, issues, and potential improvements.
• Automate API/UI test cases based on project requirement.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Minimum Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong Knowledge of test case design and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of any object-oriented language and understanding of basic SQL.
• Knowledge of all phases of the software testing life cycle.
• Candidates with ISTQB foundation or any relevant testing certification is preferred.
