Position 1 – ServiceNow Developer with 3 – 4 yrs. Experience –
· We are looking at someone with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) is must.
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules is essential.
- Hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS & AJAX is a must.
- Experience with Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).Must have Excellent understanding and experience of the below modules
- CSM – Customer Service Management module experience
- ITSM – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalogue
- Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs
- Nice to have any one of below
- ITOM – CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
- ITBM – Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Agile.
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Finance.
- VR – Vulnerability Response.
