Candidate must have hands on experience on below tasks along with necessary communication skill required for BAU operation.
Admin task for Solaris OS
All the admin commands, OS installation and server network configuration, quota management, server hardening local user access management, Patch and firmware, NTP and NFS server configuration, Service start up/ Shut down, Sever capacity Audit, kernel parameter setting.
Solaris Virtualization:
Control and IO domain configuration, VMS configuration, Virtual disk and network configuration of VM
Clustering Task:
Install and configure cluster, perform server failover, add/ remove resources to the cluster, super cluster admin
Backup and restore:
backup and restore server OS, near DR testing
