A person should have experience in Technical Support / Desktop Engineer along with Computer PC Assembly, spare replacement knowledge.
& Must have experience in Laptop Repair , Printer and Wifi Access point config.
Experience of configuration of MS Outlook, domain ID creation, Active Directory , Microsoft O365 experience, G Suite mails,
Web mail /Microsoft Outlook Config.
LAN concepts- Knowledge about Networking concepts, IP range / subnet masks understanding about small network implementation & config.
Office wireless AP installation & config.&Installation of printer / scanner / web cam / Basic LAN Cabling work.
Internet /proxy / basic switching
Installation of software’s & Antivirus SW and its proper configuration
CCNA and MCSA
Server and Domain Knowledge –
Server Installation , Configuration.
