Location : Remote,Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned
with the company’s overall business goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture
of innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices to guide strategic decision-making.
2. AI Integration and Innovation:
• Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into our
MRO processes to enhance efficiency, predictive maintenance, and
decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and
implement AI-driven initiatives that contribute to operational
excellence.
3. IT Network Infrastructure:
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a robust and
secure IT network infrastructure.
• Implement scalable solutions to support the increasing demands of our
operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
4. Remote Work Enablement:
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enable
remote work capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and productivity for
remote teams, maintaining a high level of cybersecurity and data
protection.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations,
Maintenance, and Business Development, to understand their
technological needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and
technology providers to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a technology leadership role within the aviation or
related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Strong background in designing and managing IT network infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing remote work solutions and
managing distributed teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and
drive innovation.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
