Hiring for Tele Marketing Team Manager!!!
Location: Aundh (Pune)
Skills :
Proficient in Verbal and Written English.
Team handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Track and report all leads to the Radical System on a daily basis
Responsible for All locations Lead Flow and reports.
Monitor All sources of Lead generation (eg – sulekha, just dial, yet5 , website leads etc.) and report to the management if the lead flow is less.
Assign the leads to appropriate locations.
Monitor MyOperator and Knowlarity – Needs to listen to each call and guide them if any wrong information they provide.
Report each Day inquiries count and report as per the number of inquiries Vs Technologies.
Master Program Lead Generation and conversion – Find out potential leads from the calls you receive and convert them to Master Programs.
Report Counselor Check-in and Checkout Time.
Report the performance of each counselor to the Center Manager and Management.
Coordinate with Accountant and Counselor and make sure that Fee is collected within 4 classes or within 2 weeks – whichever is coming first.
